	Name	Description
	BAG_Exit	Define a routine to call for exit(). This triggers specific code to handle shutdown event registration
	is_deadstart_complete	a function true/false which indicates whether the root deadstart has been invoked already. If not, one should call InvokeDeadstart and MarkDeadstartComplete.
