Parameters	Description
PMENU hMenuSub	sub menu to track
PSI_CONTROL parent	parent menu that has started tracking a submenu.

Description

This Shows a popup on the screen, and waits until it returns with a result. I guess this is actually the internal routine used for handling selected popup items on popup menus.
